Clem and Sherine is a great fan of Downton Abbey, so a typically english theme wedding is inevitable ; classy is the key !   If you want to pull a decent wedding filled with lovely blooms, however budget is getting really tight. Here's a simple idea where you can save up on wedding gifts and keep your guests happy with memorable moments of your wedding day.
環保婚禮小tips : 現今嘅婚禮花費不菲，既要應付酒席、衣禮、攝影、場地佈置；往往去到花藝佈置新人們便卻步！其實外國的婚禮，花是不可缺少的－環！既可讓客人沉醉於浪漫的環境當中，很多花語還帶有特別的祝福意思. 給你一個小idea! 把一個個小花盒，切成一個圓形放置於枱中央，用後給客人帶回家.既環保又美觀！  When Nicole comes to me and tell me she loves to have a rustic style wedding and ask me for a bouquet style that compliments the lawn style. I am so excited as I know there are so many summer blooms that I can play around with to create something awefully romantic and chic. In her bouquet , I have used a blushing shade peony teamed with juliet rose, peppermint , daisy, hellebores and a few jasmine vines to give it that slightly cascade style which is just perfect for a lawn wedding.   Our welcome board made out of preserved flowers, something memorable from your wedding day that you can bring home to enjoy    Its difficult to find a perfect replacement for peony when it comes to bridal bouquet, always an elegant choice for a nice and fluffy bloom. I always fell in love with cream color peonies, one can never go wrong with this ; always easy to style with other flowers or simply lush to stand on its own.  We've spent some delightful hours doing our preserved flower frame class yesterday. The red rainstorm and thunder didn't affect us at all ; we were listening to Jason Mraz and having macaroons and coffee whilst focusing on those pretty petals from Japan . We had created a mini composite rose ( aka. a glamelia ) using two different colors of rose, and turn it into a mélange color rose in dirty pink and pale pink ( very feminine color combination!) It's fun handcrafting technique and once they get their hands on it , it's not too difficult to understand the mechanics. Check out these beautiful pieces they make during class .
